BOX 97 Creedmoor, NC 27522 Subject Property: Ronald Greger - Southerby Subdivision, Lot 19 Ut to Cedar Creek [030403, 2712-1-1-(2), WSIV, NSW] REQUEST FOR MORE INFORMATION Dear Mr. Greger: On June 11, 2007, the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) received your Minor Variance application dated June 5, 2007, to fill or otherwise impact 91 square feet of Zone 2 Neuse River basin protected riparian buffers to construct a residence and for the after-the-fact impacts for the unauthorized clearing of 1,100 square feet of Zone 1 Neuse River basin protected riparian buffers. The DWQ has determined that your application was incomplete and/or provided inaccurate information as discussed below. The DWQ will require additional information in order to process your application to impact protected wetlands and/or streams on the subject property. Therefore, unless we receive five copies of the additional information requested below, we will have to move toward denial of your application as required by 1 SA NCAC 2H .0506 and will place this project on hold as incomplete until we receive this additional information. Please provide the following information so that we may continue to review your project. Additional Information Requested: 1. Please provide a detailed planting plan showing the location of your proposed plantings, time frame for planting and the one-time fertilization schedule for the plantings. 2. Please provide a stormwater plan for the imperviousness in Zone 2. Be sure to include all applicable worksheets and a signed and notarized Operations and Maintenance agreement. 3. Please provide a detailed site plan showing the impacts to Zone 2 for the house. 4. Please indicate the diffuse flow measure on the site plan and submit associated worksheets and a signed and notarized Operations and Maintenance agreement for the proposed diffuse flow measure. Please submit this information within 30 calendar days of the date of this letter. If we do not receive this requested information within 30 calendar days of the date of this letter, your project will be withdrawn and you will need to reapply with a new application and a new fee.
