In accordance with General Permit NO. NCG020000 Vulcan Materials Company, LLC (Vulcan) is
submitting notification within the two weeks of receipt of analytical results indicating an exceedance of a
benchmark value as outlined in Part F Table 2 and Section F-5. In this case our Outfall 003 turbidity
results indicated 50.2.
Vulcan is in the process of implementing the Tier One response requirements for turbidity exceedance, in
as detailed in Part F, Table 5 of General Permit No. NCG020000. Specifically, r, afty Taylor- an TVulcan
