I am currently reviewing the application for the above reference project and in order to complete the review
process, some additional information is required:
1. In Section C, Proposed Impacts Inventory, the impact table lists the buffer impacts as temporary. Please
update the impact table to reflect the permanent impacts of the deck. I have attached a copy of the Buffer
Authorization form that can be used to update the impact table in Section C and then returned to me. For your
convenience, I am including a snip of the current impact table below:
