On June 25, 2007, the Express Review Program of the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) received your
application for the above referenced project. On July 2, 2007, DWQ received additional information.
Several items still require additional information.
Please provide the following information so that we may continue to review your project and prevent
denial of your application as required by 15A NCAC 2H .0506:
1. Wet Detention Basins: Please include a planting plan for the vegetated shelf. The plan should
consist of a variety of wetland plants. See NC DENR Stormwater BMP Manual, pages 10-9 and
10-10 [http://h2o.enr.state.nc.us/su/documents/Ch10-WetDetentionBasinkbp6-26-07.pdfJ or the
1999 NC DENR Stormwater BMP Manual Chapter 1, Section 1.3.3 item c on page 5.
Please respond no later than July 9, 2007 by sending three (3) copies of the. above information in writing.
The Express Review Program is a process that requires all parties to participate in a timely manner.
This letter only addresses the application review and does not authorize any impacts to wetlands, waters
or protected buffers. Please be aware that any impacts requested within your application are not
