David,
I'm reviewing the 401 modification request you recently submitted for the referenced project. Based on another recent
401 project at the airport, it is my understanding that the stormwater basins will require approval by NCDEMLR under
the Phase II stormwater program. As the 401 impacts are directly tied to the size and shape of the proposed stormwater
measures, please provide documentation of DEMLR approval of the basins. I will place the project on hold until receipt
of the requested information. Please let me know if you have any questions or comments.
