transferred to Exchange Accommodators, Inc.,then you need to upload formal documentation from Iredell
County, which could just be the new owner's letter of approval. If the new owner submitted their own plan,then
you would need to terminate your plan and provide close-out documentation from the county.
You'll also need to provide the new owner's COC number.
