This inspection consisted of 2 parts: 1) in -office file review and, 2) on -site inspection of the treatment facility. Ms. Goots assisted us with the in -office file review and Mr. Flynt escorted us through the facility during the on -site inspection. The attached EPA inspection form details the areas that were evaluated with their respective comments (if needed). The facility runs and operates in accordance with their permit. No significant issues or violations were found during the inspection. SOC became effective 5/1/2021 for weekly sampling for 1, 4-dioxane using EPA approved method 624.1. Plant upgrade from 40MGD to 56MGD is expected to occur 8/1/2021, but possibly 9/1/21 at the latest.
