Existing perched pipe outlet on the UT – we will replace this entire pipe system. The new pipe will outlet onto rip rap, which will allow/improve aquatic passage for crayfish and amphibians. While fish will still not have access to the pipe, the small size of the UT and length of the pipe system likely prevents any use by fish, regardless of improved passage.
