I was assisited by Mr. Ricky Gray. The facility appeared to operate in compliance with all applicable Department of Environmental Quality regulations and permit conditions at the time of inspection. Water in the wash pit can be used imediately or stored in a 6000 gallon tank for later use. Qualitative Monitoring Has the facility conducted its Qualitative Monitoring semi-annually? Yes No NA NE • ❑ ❑ ❑ Comment: At least twice a year, after a representative rain, staff checks to see if water exits from the site at anyplace other than the permitted outfalls. Mr. Gray uses the web site "Weather Underground" to monitor rainfall amounts. Analytical Monitoring Has the facility conducted its Analytical monitoring? # Has the facility conducted its Analytical monitoring from Vehicle Maintenance areas? Comment: YES. Testing data was provided and up to date. The numbers looked good. Permit and Outfalls # Is a copy of the Permit and the Certificate of Coverage available at the site? # Were all outfalls observed during the inspection? # If the facility has representative outfall status, is it properly documented by the Division? # Has the facility evaluated all illicit (non stormwater) discharges?
