Page: 2 Permit: NCG080949 Owner - Facility: ABF Freight System Inc Inspection Date: 07/13/2017 Inspection Type : Compliance Evaluation Reason for Visit: Routine Permit and Outfalls # Is a copy of the Permit and the Certificate of Coverage available at the site? # Were all outfalls observed during the inspection? # If the facility has representative outfall status, is it properly documented by the Division? # Has the facility evaluated all illicit (non stormwater) discharges? Yes No NA NE ■ ❑❑❑ • ❑ ❑ ❑ ❑ ❑ • ❑ ■ ❑❑❑ Comment: This was a spot check inspection after permitting. The facility had requested NE, but with gravel and dirt surrounding the building I was not comfortable approving the request. I left this inspection feeling much better as this busy trucking operation with many trailers being loaded and unloaded of bound materials on pallets, creates more exposure than I could allow. Now that the operation is permitted, house keeping has improved and the operation should not have dificulty complinq with the NPDES SW permitting requirements. Page: 3
