A comprehensive process control program was being implemented with all measurements being documented and maintained on -site. The influent flow is split into 0.040 MGD and 0.060 MGD treatment trains. The 0.040 MGD train is equipped with diffused aeration and the 0.060 MGD train is equipped with both diffused and mechanical aeration. The secondary effluents from both treatment trains combine prior to flow measurement, disinfection and dechlorination.
