Attached is the response letter from the City of Conover in regards to the Notice of Deficiency NOD-
2021-PC-0402. We apologize for not being able to provide copies of the documents that was
requested. We have obtained most of the information and continue to look for other documents.

The City of Conover continues to comb through Mr. Rubins files and computer files to find the
information that we could not provide upon request during the 2021 inspection. We have obtained most
of the information requested. The files are being reorganized and labelled in order to be more readily
available upon request In addition, Eric Williams, the City's new Pretreatment Coordinator is going
through the permits to make sure that Conover is adhering to the requirements of it's Pretreatment
Program.
We regret that we were not able to provide the requested documents upon request. We will make sure
that these documents will be maintained and readily accessible. We are assembling the documents and
will send you copies of them for your review.
