There were no significant issues or findings noted during the inspection and therefore, a response to this inspection report is not required. Section D: Summary of Finding/Comments (Attach additional sheets of narrative and checklists as necessary) Enclosed please find a copy of the Compliance Evaluation Inspection Report from the inspection conducted on January 2, 2019 by Johnathan Watts of the Fayetteville Regional Office. The facility was found to be in compliance with permit NC0081281. Mr. Lee Butler is commended for his initiative and proactive approach for the documentation and on site monitoring. I appreciate the time and professional courtesy that he and Mr. Locklear extended during the inspection. Facility was toured as part of the inspection and appeared to be well maintained with excellent records management. Facility has not discharged since June 2013 and DMRs for November 2018 show no discharge. Approximately 6 MGD of wastewater processed through the settle water system is re -used by Duke Energy's Power plant. Sludge/solids are currently being hauled to Anson County's land field site, but based on a discussion with Mr. Butler, land application is being considered for future use.
