This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Non-discharge Permit No. WQ0010059. The findings and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report entitled "Compliance Inspection Report". There were no significant issues or findings noted during the inspection and therefore, a response to this inspection report is not required. This review was conducted to determine whether the residuals were being processed and maintained in compliance with Permit No. WQ0010059. The facility appears to be in compliance. No distribution occurred in 2020. 674 dry tons of residuals were taken to the Foothills Environmental Landfill in Caldwell County. The City is currently running analyses on the newly installed thermal belt dryer before it is officially placed into use for Class A residuals processing.
