The sewer line extension is being constructed by: City of Hendersonville Water and Sewer Department 305 Williams Street Hendersonville, NC 28792 (828) 697-3073 The proposed sewer extension will be an 8" PVC Gravity Sewer Main that runs across the Garrison property and along Commercial Blvd. The proposed sewer extension will tie to a proposed manhole that serves a City of Hendersonville 12" PVC sewer main. The Garrison Lane extension will have a total of four manholes and approximately 884LF+/- of 8" PVC sewer. This project is estimated to be completed by December 2021. I, or an authorized representative of WGLA Engineering, will be observing and monitoring the progress of construction for this project.
