Dan, no site plan, culvert information, maps: topo, aerial, location, nor delineation were
included with the application. Just the PCN and the mitigation.
Stream forms? NCSAM/WAM?
Avoidance and minimization was very general/basic discussion. Without a site plan not much
can be gleamed from the statement.
400 plus ft of stated intermittent and 1/3 plus acre of wetland seep is a concern. I sight visit is
required to confirm the intermittent call
