OK...I went in & updated the original 06-1485 with the info recvd 6/19 & deleted Ver 2
I have a copy of the May 15, 2007 letter so don't need to send again

With this new version there was a letter dated 6/11/07 that says after review no 401 is
required....is that for Ver 1 or Ver 2?
Is Ver 2 to be considered a courtesy copy?
Bev is the recipient of everything incoming for scanning puposes - & this one is causing her fits
