Good morning! I am following up to the email earlier with Bethany GeorgouIias on the eDMR registration process. She
confirmed that the COC for Team Industries (COC# NCG030026) is active but is not yet reflected accurately in the
database due to the delay of the new general permit.
I am contacting you to request an update to the Team Industries (COC# NCG030026) Stormwater Permit Summary
Report. All of the facility contact information is correct, but the Outfalls section currently lists only Outfall 001. It should
list the following two outfalls:
• Outfall #: SW -A; Outfall Latitude: 35.185029; Outfall Longitude:-83.897358
• Outfall #: SW-B; Outfall Latitude: 35.185174; Outfall Longitude:-83.894585
The outfalls discharge to Welch Mill Creek (C,Tr), which subsequently discharges to Valley River (C;Tr) in the Hiwassee
Basin.
