Facility. This facility's certificate of coverage is NCG110012.

Charlotte Water maintains coverage under the State's General Permit for industrial stormwater discharges from Treatment Works at
the Sugar Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant at 5301 Closeburn Road. The facility's certificate of coverage is NCG110012. Charlotte
Water is in the process of constructing a new maintenance building for the facility to replace the old maintenance building located
adjacent to Little Sugar Creek. As a result of this construction, a new outfall will be created consisting of a15-inch reinforced
concrete pipe. The outfall will convey runoff mostly from the maintenance building and surrounding area. Requested details
regarding this new outfall are provided in the table below.

Description
Northeastern portion of parcel 17123105 (primary plant parcel). Outfall
discharges to ephemeral channel onsite before draining through roadway
culvert and into receiving waterbody.
In addition, Charlotte Water is in the process of updating relevant portions of the facility's Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan
