Just a friendly reminder that if you haven't done so already, I would highly recommend getting with the State about closure of NCGO1 COC # NCC213436. Closure of this redundant NCGO 1 COC will prevent you from being charged the $100.00 permit renewal fee when you hit the 1 year mark from the original date of its original issuing. Assuming you do get it closed, send me the closure email you will get from the State and I'd be happy to upload it to the project for you so that we know we are only dealing with 1 NCGO1 COC for all the lots you're doing in Briarcliffe S/D. Moving forward, if you add more lots out at Briarcliffe, you can just modify NCGO1 COC # NCC211661 each time to add new lots instead of apply for new NCGO 1 COC's each time and getting charged $100.00 for each. Let me know if you have any questions or need clarification on any of this. The only item he need to complete the approval of Lot 1 and Lot 9 revision is an updated FRO form that documents the total disturbed area of all lots you have constructed out at Briarcliffe. I have attached the blank form for your use. Complete, sign, get notarized, and mail the "wet -ink" version of the form back to me at your earliest convenience. Once we have received, reviewed, and approved the new FRO form we can sign off on any Erosion Control Reviews on the Building Permits for Lot 1 and/or Lot 9 and getting you going on those lots.
