A site visit was not conducted as a part of this review. Values for PAN and SAR are provided for each source for the required reporting quarters. However, the populated formulas fc these calculations were not presented. Future reports need to include the populated formulas for PAN and SAR. All of the source facilities appear to have achieved the requirement for pathogen reduction. There were no elevated metals reported in the TCLPs for the various sources. The TCLP for Granite Falls were collected in 2016. No recent TCLP data is available for Grant Falls WWTP. The C.O.C. for both the 3rd Creek 4th Creek WWTP residuals collected on 10/1/2020 did not indicate the method of preservation used. The laboratory receiving sheet indicated the samples were received on wet ice. Also, the C.O.C. for Killian Creek collected o 10/29/2020 was missing the preservation method. Again, the lab receiving sheet indicates the samples were received on wet ice. Future C.O.C.s need to indicate the method of preservation used for the collected samples. In a recent permit modification, the Killian Creek WWTP was added as a source to this permit. Data included for this facility complete the Lincoln County AR for permit WQ0016922. In the future, please keep the data for the facility with the facility to avoid confusion. Granite Falls WWTP presented slightly elevate Benzene for various VOC samples collected during 2020. The source should be careful to avoid petroleum compounds from getting into the sludge being processed for LA. A total of 18 permitted fields received residuals during 2020. All the fields that required lime amendments have received lime.
