Hi Roberto
I just wanted to follow up with you on the stream calls made last week at the Craven County
Water sites. Prior to our meeting, LMG identified the following (letters refer to attached
maps and stream forms):
3 perennial streams (A, one side of I, and Q)
3 intermittent streams (G, the other side of I, & R)
3 non - stream RPWs (C, D, & 0)
During our site meeting, I believe you agreed with our calls except it was determined that C
and D were both streams. It was also determined by both Emily and you that N and 0 were not
jurisdictional. Can you take a look at the attached maps and your notes to confirm these
calls? I have attached our stream forms, a topo map of the project area, an overview aerial
of wetlands /streams, and close up aerials of all the streams and non - stream RPWs.
