It's also available at the link to the repository folder below. Apologies again for the confusion! But I am not sure how it happened. The renewal COC was named with a (2) after it because there may have been a duplicate ... I have corrected the name. Can you submit another request? It should be able to find the right one to email to you this time! Sorry about that! Good Morning Bethany, Do you know why the renewal COC for W&W-AFCO Steel LLC in Colfax (NCG030321) is not available? I checked the permit summary and they have paid fees and have an active permit. Thanks, Tyler Miles Environmental Compliance Manager Leonhardt Environmental, P.C. 8392 Six Forks Rd., Suite 101 Raleigh, NC 27615 (o) 919.846.7492 (c) 336.260.8620 On Wednesday, August 4, 2021, 11:20:17 AM EDT, Iaserfichea-ncdenr.gov <Iaserfichea-ncdenr.gov> wrote: A renewal COC for this permit (COC No. NCG030321) is not available Some possible reasons for this include: Annual fees are owed, and so permit coverage for this facility was not renewed, or This COC was issued after the General Permit was renewed, or This COC is no longer active (has been rescinded). Please review the files available in this permit file in our repository to see the documents available: httos://edocs.dea.nc.aov/WaterResources/Browse.asr)x?dbid=0&startid=291829 If annual fees were owed before but are now paid, please go back to the COC Request Form (https://edocs.deg.nc.,qov/Forms/COC-Renewal-Request) and (1) check the status of the permit COC by running the Permit Summary Report to verify expired status, and (2) check the box that says: 'owed fees have been paid, but the COC is still expired" For additional questions, please contact suzanne.mccoya-ncdenr.gov Sincerely, The NC DEMLR Stormwater Program
