West 17 chains to an iron stake in the center of the road, a new corner; thence with the center of the road, South 80 deg. East 17.12 chains to an iron stake in the center of the road, a new corner on Fluck's line; thence with the old line, North 4 deg. East 1.65 chains to the BEGINNING, containing 1.40 acres, more or less. The property hereinabove described was acquired by Grantor by instrument recorded in Book 587 at page 549 and Book 587 at page 122 in the office of the Register of Deeds for Rowan County, North Carolina.
