Comments from NC Division of Marine Fisheries regarding geotechnical borings for the US 64 Bridge over the
Alligator River. DMF recommends that the work adhere to a 15 February through 31 October moratorium on
all in-water work. In the provided comments, DMF also requested that relief from the moratorium be requested
on an as-needed basis,and included conditions that would need to be met in order to grant moratorium relief.
