Hi Alan, I heard from the engineer today that this project will be low density at approximately 1.16 houses per acre. They will be providing a 10' buffer or no build area around the wetlands except where the roadway fill slope encroaches. Let me know if you need anything else. Thanks, Megan Bollero On Mon, Aug 2, 2021 at 9:58 AM Johnson, Alan <alan.johnson@ncdenr.gov> wrote: Megan, this application is past the official clock issuance timeframe of 60 days. It has been a month since the information was requested. The engineer needs to get the (correct) information in, or we may be forced to deny the application (a harsh word for withdrawal). When the information is ready, they can resubmit. After speaking with the engineer there is a second open cut sewer crossing where you marked it. It will also be l5lf of temporary impact. 4. The bottomless culvert detail was on sheet 4 of the impact figures, and I have attached below. We have been struggling with this engineer to get better drawings so if you need more let me know and I can relay the message. With regards to questions 2 and 5 I am still waiting on a response from the engineer. I will let you know once I hear back. A couple of comments: 1) Where is lot 10? I started numbering (the print was t0000 light) and kept my system. I could not find the 10 th lot. 2) Where will SW be located. What is the layout. 3) There appears to be two stream crossings for the sewer? 4) I found no bottomless culvert detail 5) How are wetlands to be protected from clearig impact. Due to grading, house construction. Lot 1 doesn't appear to have room for a house. 6) In the scheme of things low impact, but if I am going to take a look, I need clarity. Plus for anyone that wants to the check the file at a later date for compliance and/or audit. Thanks. 3 Wetland DE ;:;W2: 103 ac.
