Dear Sir,
This report details the findings of a seasonally high-water table determination performed at the
Dolcetto subdivision on West Center Street north of Lexington in Davidson County. You gave
me coordinates for one point that represent the location of the bottom of the existing stormwater
device. The seasonally high-water table is determined by observing soil indicators, also known
as redoximorphic features. The results were as follows:
Boring # 1 was located at 1,621,700.49E 765,180.92N ft. There is no seasonally high-water table
within 48 inches below the bottom of the existing device. If you have any further questions,
