This land was purchased from Arthur D. Baker by Rubben & Annie McFadgion on August 10, 1988. The Deed for this purchase is located in the Hoke County Deed Book 282, Page 105 (EXHIBIT A). A one -acre tract of this land was deeded via Gift Deed to Sakina Gray Ferguson on May 2, 2002 (EXHIBIT B). This land was passed down to Mr. & Mrs. McFadgion's children in their Last Will & Testament, filed August 15, 2007 (EXHIBIT C). Both Otis C. McFadgion, Sr. and Ronald McFadgion have passed away, leaving the ownership of the land to Lynzandra McFadgion Gray and Leroy Baldwin Smith. Leroy Baldwin Smith has signed a Special Power of Attorney appointing Ms. McFadgion Gray his true and lawful attorney -in -fact, related to the sale of this property (EXHBIT D).
