Dear Mr. Slate:
On July 26, 2021, Alex Lowe of the North Carolina Division of Water Resources conducted an
inspection of the wastewater treatment system located at 1701 Brookford Road. This inspection was
conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations
specified in NPDES WW Permit No. NCG550102. The findings and comments noted during this
inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report entitled "Compliance Inspection
Report".
While there were no significant issues with the system, it was noted that you have not completed
effluent sampling within the last annual period. Please remember that it is a requirement of your permit
to sample and test your system effluent with an accredited laboratory once per year. In the follow-up
conversation with Mr. Lowe on July 28, 2021, you stated that your intention was to obtain sample
testing through Pace Analytical of Kernersville. When the testing is completed, please be sure to keep
your results for future inspection review.
