Dear Ms. Simmons:
On July 27, 2021, Alex Lowe of the North Carolina Division of Water Resources conducted an
inspection of the wastewater treatment system located at 4660 Doveland Circle. This inspection was
conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations
specified in NPDES WW Permit No. NCG550103. The findings and comments noted during this
inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report entitled "Compliance Inspection
Report".
It was noted that you were able to provide documentation of proper system operation and maintenance,
with your most recent septic tank solids removal on September 30, 2019, and a regular schedule of
replacing the chlorine disinfection tablets in your system. We appreciate your attention to detail when it
comes to operating your wastewater system. Please continue to retain any documentation of system
maintenance for a minimum of three years, or five years for documentation of your required annual
laboratory testing.
