On July 26, 2021, Alex Lowe of the North Carolina Division of Water Resources conducted an
inspection of the wastewater treatment system located at 329 Southwood Drive. This inspection was
conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations
specified in NPDES WW Permit No. NCG551106. The findings and comments noted during this
inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report entitled "Compliance Inspection
Report".
It was noted documentation of system operation and maintenance were excellently kept. We appreciate
your attention to detail when it comes to operating your wastewater system. Please continue to retain
any documentation of system maintenance for a minimum of three years, or five years for
documentation of your required annual laboratory testing.
