observed above the culvert inlet. Repairs:The coconut matting roll at the culvert inlet should be cross-

Photo 12-View of sediment and rock observed within the culvert inlet. Estimated quantity was 2ft wide
x 4ft long and 4 inches thick. Repairs: Removal of sediment by shovel and bucket is recommended to
the best and safest extent practical. Soils should be transferred upgradient on-site and stabilized.
