The final plans and specifications for the subject project have been r.vievrd
and found to be satisfactory. Authorisation is her+aby grunted for the construct-
ion of additions to existing 2.2 MOD wastewater treatment plant facilities consist-
ing of a. chemical feed systew with two (2) polymer mix teak' and two (2) 2,500 CID
feed pips and two (2) alum storage tanks and two (2) 2,500 CPO feed pumps.
This la a Class III wastewater treatment facility which requires that the
operator in responsible charge hold a valid Grade III Certificate.
