Monroe, Union County, North Carolina General Permit Number: NCG06000 Dear Sir/Madam: Per the requirements of General Permit No. NCG060000, enclosed are two copies of the monthly discharge report for outfall #007. Outfall #7, which is the discharge from the on property stormwater pit, was above the COD and TSS benchmarks for two consecutive sampling periods placing this location in Tier Two. Monthly sampling for COD and TSS is being conducted at outfall #7. No sample was collected during the sample period as there was no qualifying rain event during normal business hours.
