It is our understanding that all other NPDES Permit monitoring analyses are performed bya certified laboratory. Based on the information supplied, we are granting the requested exemption to perform pH, Total Residual Chlorine and Settleable Solids analysis. An exemption is not needed for Dissolved Oxygen and Temperature as they are not certifiable parameters by our program. This exemption may be withdrawn at any time there is an applicable Rule or policy change. You are reminded that your facility is required to use •EPA approved methodology for each of these analytical procedures. If the list of parameters performed onsite at the facility changes to include any parameters Listed under 15A NCAC 2H Section .0804 other than those exempted above, our office must be notified. and certification may be. required.
