Jerry,
Good morning. I wanted to let you know an adjacent landowner (Jim Gaddy) has reached out regarding his concerns for
the above-referenced bridge replacement project. Mr. Gaddy’s main concerns involved the request for removal of the
existing bridge supports within the stream feature. He stated there have been historically low flows observed in the
stream and has requested a field visit to discuss these concerns in further detail. The PCN submitted on 6/23/2021 for
this project has been received and is currently on hold.
