Comments: DIGESTERS HAD JUST BEEN PUMPED 2 WEEKS PREVIOUS AND THE PLANT HAD NOT BEEN WASTED. THE ORC CUT OFF THE BLOWERS SO THAT MINIMAL SOLIDS WERE LOST DURING THE FLOODING.
