Pre -Filing Meeting Information
Before submitting this form please ensure you have submitted the Pre -Filing Meeting Request Form as we will not be able
to accept your application without this important first step. The Pre -Filing Meeting Request Form is used in accordance
with 40 C.F.R. Section 121.4(a) "At least 30 days prior to submitting a certification request, the project proponent shall
request a pre -filing meeting with the certifying agency" and in accordance with 40 C.F.R. Section 121.5(b)(7), and (c)(5)
all certification requests shall include documentation that a pre -filing meeting request was submitted to the certifying

Stinson Cove Road, Huntersville, NC 28078 - Note: There is a gate on the
right hand side of the home and one at the dock entrance end of the yard.
The gates are unlocked. If they do not open, just reach over the gate.
There is a latch on the very bottom side of the lock. Just pull it to open.

I own and live at a lakefront home on Lake Norman. The address is
16304 Stinson Cove Road, Huntersville, NC 28078. There is some
current shoreline riprap but needs some more to stabilize. About 3/4
of the property that is adjoining the lake has current riprap that has
been there for approx. 15 years and lots of the riprap needs
maintenance. The other quarter of the shoreline property riprap is
either gone, washed away, or in poor shape. I would like to be
approved for a permit to be able to have the shoreline that adjoins
my property have another layer of riprap over top of the current
riprap and also extend the riprap to the edge of my property with rip
rap where the mud is so that it can be stabilized.
