LLC (Duke Energy) and the Permittee, United Renewable Energy, LLC (URE), please see
below.

Wartsila engaged UREas the Major Subcontractor responsible for obtaining erosion control
permits associated with this project. Wartsila and Duke Energy have an Engineering,
Procurement, and Construction Agreement dated July 11, 2019 for the design and delivery of a
3MWdc/2MWac Solar Generating System and a 4MW/4MWh Battery Energy Storage System
URE is listed in this agreement under Exhibit E Major
Subcontractors. Please see attached Exhibit E from the agreement as documentation.
