(Migway), Hart & Hickman, PC (H&H) is submitting the enclosed stormwater Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMR) for the site referenced above in accordance with the general industrial stormwater permit (NCG080000). The first DMR indicates "no discharge" for the sampling period for the first half of 2021. The second DMR includes results from the July 2, 2021 sampling event for the third quarter of 2021 under the new general industrial stormwater permit effective July 1, 2021. The sample results indicate no exceedances of the permit benchmark values. Therefore, Migway requests closure of the notice of violation (NOV-2021-PC-0061).
