I need some clarity 1) I assume the area between the orange and property boundary is the lake? 2) Total length of shoreline 239 ft. 15 W X 85 L (1275 sq ft) and 150 L X 10 W (1500 sq ft) . Total buffer impact 2775 sq ft. 3) Any riprap proposed along the shoreline? This should be accounted for as fill in the lake (see diagram below) 4) Area of impact within the buffer is between the two orange lines 5) The 10 ft high wall is strictly in the buffer (not a "seawall") 6) The 4 ft high wall needs to be accounted for as impact in the lake (if it is a seawall) 7) Profile diagram should be given see below to provide clarity on fill and what is proposed (grade wise). I assume there is going to be some grading and sloping??? 8) Clarify via diagram what is proposed in the text.
