Box 67 Jefferson, NC 28640 Dear Ms. Sullins: This correspondence is an addendum to an earlier letter to you dated November 25, 1992 which requested a temporary variance to the stricter fecal coliform and chlorine residual limits in our new NPDES permit until construction of a new chlorine/dechlorination contact tank could be com- pleted at our WWTP. The proposed flow limit in our next permit is 0.300 MGD, 'while the design flow of our present facilitx_ is 0.385 MGD. I am requesting that our new flow limit be set at(0.375 MGD to accommodate any expansion which might occur during the next permitted period. Thank you for your consid- eration in this matter.
