River Village, LLC [121
Ecusta Road, Brevard, NC,
28712] has requested
renewal of NPDES permit
NC0000078 for its
Wastewater Treatment
Plant, located in
Transylvania County. This
permitted facility
discharges treated leachate
and stormwater to the
French Broad River, a class
B water in the French Broad
River Basin. Some of the
parameters in the permit are
water quality limited. This
discharge may affect future
allocations in this segment
of the French Broad River.

County and State, duly commissioned, qualified, and
authorized by law to administer oaths, personally
