Inspection Summary:
On July 29, 2021, WSRO staff conducted a review of the subject facility's 2020 Annual Report. No site visit was made as
part of this inspection event. The report reflects compliance with the subject permit.
- Residuals sampling results reflect compliance with regulatory limits (metals and pathogen -vector).
- It is this office's understanding that the Permittee conducts a TCLP test annually for both the Compost and WTP facilities,
while minimum testing frequency is once per permit cycle. However, there was no TCLP analysis result included in the
annual report for either facility. Most recent TCLP results submitted to Division is for year 2019.
