Hi Suzanne,
I don't see any issues with consolidating all under the owner name Meridian Waste North Carolina, LLC. Please note
that only NCG120110 will be registered with eDMR as the other sites are not required to monitor (no vehicle
maintenance on -site). I'll be sending you the eDMR paperwork today as well as a recission form for NCG130056, this
permit is no longer needed.
I will also point out that Josh Daher is also the responsible official for the Morrisville Transfer Station, NCG130103, so
you will also want to include this site under the same owner. We have not received an official certificate of coverage for
this site though, I was told NCDEQ has to do an inspection before the COC will be issued.

I am updating Owner Affiliations this morning and I noticed that the following permits have a similar Area President Josh
Daher:

NCG130057
There will be a problem when I register these for eDMR.
These permits must be associated with one Owner record in our underlying database, Meridian Waste North Carolina
LLC.
Please let me know if there is an issue with me consolidating these permits under one Owner record of Meridian Waste
North Carolina LLC.
