Hi Zach,
To clarify, once an NOI is submitted no revisions can be made to it. So, when you say you submitted a revised
application, what you actually did was submit a brand new NOI. Now, we have two NOIs submitted for the same project
that are in different stages of review. As Aziza explained, the first NOI you submitted was reviewed and approved and is
now waiting for a payment to be applied before the COC can be issued. The second NOI submitted this afternoon will be
reviewed tomorrow morning.
We're going to cancel the first NOI because it contains incorrect data.
Once the second NOI is reviewed and approved, you will receive a payment instructions email. We will apply the
payment to this second NOI as soon as you drop it off.
Hopefully we're all on the same page now, but please let us know if you have further questions.

A mistake that I made was that our legally responsible persons legal name is actually "William Bryan Adams". I
submitted a revised application for COC showing that name change. I just wanted to make you aware. We are in
the process of having the payment mailed to me so that I can drop off the original signed copy as well as
payment early next week.
