Per recent correspondence from NCDEQ, I am completing eDMR instructions steps 1 and 2 for the subject line MSGP.
The "Owner/Permittee Address" fields on eDMR Owner Verification Report need to be corrected to: 2955 Market St
Mailbox 13, Philadelphia, PA 19104.
The information contained in the Permit Summary Report is correct and up to date.
