with 40 C.F.R. Section 121.4(a) "At least 30 days prior to submitting a certification request, the project proponent shall
request a pre -filing meeting with the certifying agency" and in accordance with 40 C.F.R. Section 121.5(b)(7), and (c)(5)
all certification requests shall include documentation that a pre -filing meeting request was submitted to the certifying

We would like to propose shoreline stabilization for our house located at
5229 Peninsula Dr, Granite Falls, NC, 28630. The property is in a heavy
boat traffic area which leads to a large amount of wave activity in the
area. We believe the installation of a rip rap rock wall will protect the
shoreline against further shoreline erosion. We previously were not the
owners of the property so can not to speak why this was not completed
earlier.
