Dear Ms. Wilimer,
Per the Notice of Deficiency for Highlands Cove WWTP; Monthly Average Exceeded
for the Solids, Total Suspended, occurred due to a lab/clerical error. The ORC collected
additional TSS samples to lower the monthly average below the monthly average limit.
These results were inadvertently omitted from the original report due to a clerical
oversight.
