The City of Raleigh (City)proposes to address nuisance flooding at the
rear of the property at 582 Wimbleton Drive and property 562 Wimbleton
Drive.The property owner indicates that water flows through his property
during typical rain events for approximately the past 20 years.The City
also proposes the relocation of an existing sanitary sewer line within the
work area.This work is associated with the improvements to Six Forks
Road to better manage the stormwater from the road and surrounding
businesses.
